This Brother HL-L2321D is an efficient and reliable single-function monochrome printer! I’m looking for a good laser duplex printer. After much searching, I found this printer to be the most suitable. Actually, I wanted to get a color laser printer but it turned out to be very expensive and unnecessary because color printing is rarely needed. The cost of toner is enormous! If one genuine black toner cartridge costs half the cost of this printer, imagine the cost of color toner! In addition, the initial cost of a color laser printer is very high. So, unless you really need it, don’t waste your time looking for it. Color inkjets are cheaper so you can go for them. However, please note that maintenance is not easy. Unlike inkjet printers, ink leakage will not occur even if the laser printer is not used for a long time.

Setting up this printer was straightforward and I got it up and running within minutes. Duplex printing is great. This saves paper, time and energy. The paper tray neatly stacked 250 papers in the printer. Always use paper that is compatible with multiple prints to avoid paper jams or poor print quality. The toner (TN-2365) that came with the printer has a declared capacity of 2,600 pages. But in the end the number will be closer to 1,500 pages. Refills and compatible cartridges are easily available for this model and cost only a fraction of the price of the original toner cartridge (priced at Rs. 3,000)!
