Performance
The HL-L2360DW performed similarly to HL-2270DW in our speed test, which is expected to be based on the same printing machine inside. The samples we printed on the standard 20-pound paper with a quality set to “Best ” appear even with clear fonts all the way to the 2-Point Times New Roman.
Each letter is also free of line breaks and fuzzy edges. Our graphic samples are printed, however, not fare as well. The gradient step was so sudden that a severe box pattern appeared where the printer obviously could not handle the transition. The small photos we printed appear blurred in the shadow areas alongside the overall digital effect, but this is also the standard RATE for Laser toner, which usually cannot be compared to the graphical output of the inkjet printhead.
